History Summary

3/22/2002 - Consumer Prescription Solutions, LLC. was formed to help people save money on prescription medications along with Global Health Management by offering a Canadian Mail Order Program

2004 - CPS began to build a multinational pharmacy network that now extends over 8 countries total to increase medication availability and additional price saving opportunities to its members.

2007 - CPS co-branded its platform and pharmacy network with Rx Card Service to provide cost saving programs to the health insurance agent market providing prescription cost savings to both individuals and employer groups of all sizes.

2010 - Rx Card Service began producing drug specific sites and marketing that focuses on expensive high utilization medications like Lipitor, Advair, Plavix and the like.
